Lee Insoo (이인수) is currently a social media creator under Ripple Company. He was a competitor on Produce 101 Season 2. However, he ranked #57 in episode 8 and was eliminated.
Career & History
In 2015, Insoo debuted as the rapper in the boy group A6P. However, just a year later, they disbanded.
He was also on the debut survival program Boys24 but didn't make it to the final lineup.
Since then, Insoo has been an independent trainee (with no company).
In late 2018, Insoo started a YouTube channel, and opened up a new Twitter and Instagram account. He has mainly been posting rap, singing, and dance covers.
Insoo made a new debut in the group OFF THE CUFF on April 2, 2020 with the single "Going Out". In November 2020, he joined Ripple Company creating content with them on their YouTube channel. On April 9, 2021, OFF THE CUFF's company made a statement via Instagram that the band officially disbanded.
In December 2020, he made a video under Ripple Company with Go Yujin talking about their experience on the Produce shows. This video received a substantial amount of views and received some heavy backlash from commenters. In February 2021, Insoo terminated his contract with Ripple Company and went back to posting on his own sns profiles.
Shortly after, he deleted all photos from his Instagram, and has not updated his YouTube channel since 2023. It is not known if he is still pursuing a path in the entertainment industry.
