Kim Sunghyun (김성현) is currently an independent idol. He was a competitor on Produce X 101. However, he ranked #44 on episode 8 and was eliminated.
Career and History
Before Produce X 101, Sunghyun debuted as a member of the group IN2IT. He debuted with the group in 2017. He was on hiatus with IN2IT as he was competing on Produce X 101.
In September of 2019, Sunghyun announced his departure from IN2IT via his Instagram account. He mentioned that he was never paid while promoting and after Produce X 101, in his words MMO told him he would not be able to rejoin the group. MMO responded to this stating they would take legal actions against the defamation. Both parties came to an agreement in March of 2020 and Sunghyun left MMO.
Sunghyun announced he would be holding his first fanmeeting on June 27, 2020.
